Membership Meeting Minutes
Meeting was called to order by President, Fred Rollins, at 1105
Members Present: 13
Minutes from the February 20, 2016, meeting were approved with no changes
Treasurer’s Report: $ 975.00 balance; IRS form completed and sent in; no bills to be paid
Reports from other airports:
Shannon has a Fly-In/Camp- In scheduled June 3,4 & 5
Louisa’s grass landing strip has been closed (check NOTAMs)
Lee Fox introduced his guest, Zane, his cousin, who is interested in an aviation career
Fred Rollins announced he would be out of town for the May meeting
The next meeting will be the 3 rd Saturday in May at the Viet Nam Museum near Ruckersville, bring lunch, invite
friends and it will again be at 1100.
The meeting was adjourned at 1215 and we proceeded to the program which was a presentation by Lee Fox
with computer video slides of his flight last May/June from Fredericksburg to Alaska and back.

EAA Chapter Meeting: Febrary 20, 2016
Meeting was called to order by President, Fred Rollins, at 1205
Members present: 18
The Minutes from the Jan. 9, 2016, meeting were accepted as submitted
Treasurer’s Report by Skip Degan:
The balance after the addition of the dues payments he had received will be $1,225.00.
Airport News:
Seth Cassaday reported that at CHO Landmark Aviation was bought out by Signature
The Virginia Dept. of Aviation along with the Dept. of Transportation has posted a “Welcome” sign at the entrance to GVE.
The Meeting was closed at 1215.

Membership Meeting Minutes January 9, 2016 Meeting was called to order by President, Fred Rollins at 1115 15 members were present at call to order Minutes from the Nov. 21, 2015, meeting were accepted as submitted Treasurer’s Report: 2016 Dues are due – $20.00 per member The balance in the checking account is: $1190 An anonymous donor has given the Chapter a donation for next-year’s insurance payment. VRT Restoration in Ruckersville has a new paint booth and does good work. Just inside the entrance to Wal-Mart, you can get a data plate made. No other-Airport report was made.
